There is currently one known primary cause for the aircraft to flip immediately on takeoff:

| Improper motor spin direction | The aircraft is programmed to spin the motors in a specific direction, either clockwise or counterclockwise, according to its position. | Visually inspect on arm the direction each motor spins up, ensure that the motor spin up correlates with the below graphic.
