This notification means that the charger does not have proper information on the individual cells of the battery, and can be caused by:

| White Balance Plug | Improper connection of this cable to the battery, specifically with the cable’s placement within the charger. | Ensure that the white cable is plugged into the charger to the far left of the port as shown in the below image. |
| Battery Damage | Internal damage to the battery due to a crash or sustained damage overtime. | If the plug is plugged in properly, and the notification is still appearing there may be damage to the battery. This can be confirmed by inspecting the voltage that is being read by the charger, if it is below 10 volts or no voltage is appearing, the battery is damaged internally. Please dispose of the battery at your nearest battery disposal site immediately (this can be found via a web search). |
